Allowance periods
One selected screenshot uses one analysis, including a long screenshot that Kipp divides into detail views for quality. Failed provider or schema requests and a retry with the same request identifier do not use an analysis.
Pro and Power allowances reset at each monthly usage boundary, including annual subscriptions. Unused analyses do not roll over, and Kipp does not offer top-ups.
Automatic renewal
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically under the billing terms shown by the App Store until you cancel. The iOS app shows the current localised App Store price rather than a price hardcoded by Kipp.
Cancellation
Manage or cancel the subscription from your Apple account's subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewal; access follows the subscription status and period supplied by Apple and verified by Kipp's subscription system.
Free access and trials
Kipp's documented free access is a lifetime allowance of 20 analyses with no payment card. It is not a time-limited, auto-renewing trial.
Refunds
Apple processes App Store purchases and controls refund requests and decisions. Kipp does not issue App Store refunds directly.
