What data is sent for AI analysis?
The full screenshot you choose is sent through Kipp's secure cloud service to an independent AI provider with analysis instructions, requested language, device time zone and capture time. The rest of your Photos library and the contents of Calendar, Reminders and Contacts are not sent.
Does Kipp work offline?
New AI analysis needs an internet connection. Your local Inbox, Search, Spaces, earlier analysis results and existing actions remain available offline.
How do analysis allowances work?
Free includes 20 lifetime analyses. Pro includes 300 and Power includes 1,000 per monthly usage period, including annual plans. Unused analyses do not roll over; failed provider or schema requests do not use an analysis.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Open your Apple account's subscription settings and manage or cancel Kipp there. Kipp does not sell or cancel subscriptions on the web.
What happens when I reinstall Kipp or change devices?
Use Restore Purchases to reconnect an eligible subscription. The local Kipp library and results from a removed installation do not return automatically; Photos content follows your own Apple Photos setup.
How do I delete my data?
In Kipp, open Settings and choose Clear Kipp Data. This removes local Kipp data, cloud metadata and the anonymous app identity. Screenshots in Photos remain until you delete them there, and Apple retains purchase records under its own policies.
Which languages does Kipp support?
The app and model output support eight languages: English, Turkish, Spanish, Polish, French, Italian, German and Portuguese. Kipp sends the selected output language with the analysis request.
Why do suggested actions ask for approval?
AI results can be wrong. Kipp shows editable suggestions and evidence, and no Calendar, Reminder, Maps, link, share, email, contact or note action runs until you review and confirm it.
